Browner Says Climate Legislation This Year

Since Lindsey Graham threw a fit the other day, there's been talk that climate legislation is going to be put on the back burner while the democrats take up immigration reform. Browner’s full statement: "We believe the only way to make progress on these priorities is to continue working as we have thus far in a bipartisan manner to build more support for both comprehensive energy independence and immigration reform legislation.
